CEO
Educated in film and video at Yale University and the University of Massachusetts–Dartmouth, Gene Allen has effectively produced over 3,000 client driven multi-media projects in the last 15 years. Whether on location in Orlando, Los Angeles, or Boston, Gene always insists on production excellence and delivering above and beyond the client’s expectations. His video production talent brings automotive dealership “branding” to a whole new level. Gene also serves as Allen Roche Marine President.

James Roche
President

Jim has been in the automotive advertising agency business for the past 14 years. He has worked at several agencies concentrating on all aspects of automotive advertising.long the way, he has gained insight and knowledge into the inner workings of automotive dealerships. Jim has the product knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry’s ever-changing trends and cycles. His ability to create successful media campaigns and to determine “cost per vehicle” relative to sales makes him one of the top automotive advertising executives in the country.The advertising must embody newly developed brand identity and be bold enough to get the attention of the target market. The strategic marketing and public relations plan will outline all advertising choices and how they will be used to reach the target market(s).

Beth Murphy
Senior Media Buyer

Beth Murphy brings a wealth of experience in media buying to the Allen|Roc he Group.For over 13 years, Beth was the Senior Buyer at Hill Holliday.In addition, she has worked at the Harold Cabot, McDougall Associates and Wells, and Rich Greene agencies. As Media Buyer for these agencies, Beth has worked on numerous accounts including the New England Ford Dealers, Infiniti, Spalding, Bank of Boston, Marshalls, Rolling Rock Beer, The Boston Globe, Hood, Mass Lottery, RC Cola, and Wang. Beth has negotiated broadcast time (radio and television) locally and nationally in the major markets of New York, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Atlanta, Boston, and Chicago. Her media buying expertise and contacts make her an invaluable asset to the Allen Roche Group.

Dick Serrano
Controller

Another member of the Allen|Roche Group team with extensive print experience, Dick Serrano, was head of the accounting, billing and contracts department at The Boston Globe for 15 years.His intimate knowledge of newspaper rates and contracts have given him the ability to successfully negotiate the best and most effective advertising rates, both print and electronic for the Allen|Roche Group’s auto dealer clients. Dick’s handling of rate negotiation, contracts, and co-op advertising guidelines, as well as co-op preparation, is another example of the depth of service the Allen|Roche Group brings to its automotive clients.

Jill Pertuso
Design Department Manager

Before joining the Allen Roche Group almost five years ago, Jill was a Graphic Designer at Outer Graphics in Michigan. As Design Manger at the Allen|Roche Group, Jill is responsible for overseeing the art direction for the entire design team. This includes all print design for newspaper, direct mail & inserts, web sites & corresponding graphics, as well as outdoor advertising such as banners and billboards. Jill and her design team have created branding and logos for many the Allen|Roche Group’s clients that have set them apart from their competitors. Her ability to create a unique identity, as well as tasteful “call to action” advertising for each client has made the Allen Roche Group’s designs much more than the “typical ad.” 


Jay Bailinson
Creative Director

Jay is an award winning Writer/Producer/Director who knows how to get things done. Jay’s career began in New York behind the scenes of television newsmagazines ABC News’ PrimeTime Live, Turning Point and Peter Jennings Specials. He then left news television to pursue his interest in sports programming as a Producer/Editor with NBA Entertainment and went on to freelance for clients such as ESPN, CNN and Fox Sports. With years of diverse experience in his wake Jay comes to Allen Roche at the peak of his powers as a true creative presence.

David Garsh
Account Services Manager

David joined the Allen|Roche Group in July of 2005 as an Account Manager with a strong passion for Marketing and the Marine Industry. As an avid boater, he has been cruising and racing boats along the east coast and in the Caribbean since his childhood days in Little Compton, RI. After graduating from Connecticut College with a degree in Economics, David coached the Milton Academy sailing team to Nationals and ran a very successful yacht club program. He now manages the Account Service Department at the Allen|Roche Group, and works with the agency's marquee clients. David's entrepreneurial passion and strong desire to work in the boating industry was vital in helping to create Allen Roche Marine.

Sherri D’Alessandro
Account Executive

Sherri joined  The Allen|Roche Group in February 2008 as an expert in Health Clubs and New Business Development.  Before joining Allen|Roche, Sherri was the Director of Mall Marketing at The Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem, NH (Simon Property Group) and Lead Group Exercise Coordinator at Bryant University.  She brings a wealth of experience in health club marketing, event planning, and new business development.  Her award-winning experience creating new business at Burlington Mall and The Mall at Rockingham Park has lead her to create top-notch ad campaigns.

Matt Lefebvre
Vice President of Sales
As our Vice President of Sales, Matt has landed accounts spanning the east coast from North Carolina to Maine. Matt manages some of ARG’s most successful accounts.

Beverly Lloyd
Account Coordinator
Beverly Lloyd is an Account Coordinator at the Allen Roche Group, in which she acts as a primary point of contact for client accounts and leads the day to day management of advertising campaigns.  Prior to the Allen Roche Group, she has worked at an advertising agency as well as an in-house marketing department. She graduated from Boston University with a BS in Communication, with a concentration in Advertising.

Angela Garrigos
Internet Account Coordinator

Angela services multiple web and web marketing accounts at the Allen Roche Group such as Weymouth Club and Pride Chevrolet to name a few. She also plays a powerful role in online classifies placement, blogging and taking an active role in the Social Networking Opportunities of Web 2.0.

Andrew Capobianco
Interactive Manager, SEO Analyst &
Search Engine Marketing Specialist
Andrew is a pioneer in on line automotive advertising, having been directly involved in the industry since 1997. Educated in Public Relations, Internet Marketing and Web Design, he the driving force behind all Allen Roche Group Internet Projects. In 2007, Andrew established "A.R. Green" a hybrid Internet Design and Marketing division of the company that incorporates the planet's latest SEO techniques, the most successful Pay Per Click campaigns, the sleekest web dressing and a strategic effort to promote recycling, animal rights, and environmental issues.

In June 2008, Andrew played a key role as the Web Project Manager and Sales presentation specialist for the newly launched Allen Roche Marine Division which is a full service Advertising Agency that caters to the Marine Industries. Andrew oversees and leads his team all web projects including presentations, design, development, Social Networking, Google organic placement, Google Ad Word campaign management, Joomla! web content management, landing page strategies, hearty lunches and logo design.

Andrew is looking forward to linking the Allen Roc he Group's potential and assets with the growing world of Web 2.0.
